HayCountry Foods empowers youths and women in the rural community
HayCountry Foods empowers youths and women in the rural community where it operates by allocating farmlands to each member through our Inclusive Farming for Input Project (IFIP). In a commodity buy-back arrangement, each member of the cooperative society is offered financial assistance through our partner organizations.
The cooperative is also supported with modern machineries, inputs and agricultural extension services to ensure a bountiful yield. The first phase of the IFIP project is at its take-off phase in Ogun State in Nigeria.
As a responsible corporate citizen, we also support the communities where we operate in different capacities through our corporate social responsibility program. One of such programs was the grading of a stretch of road for accessibility within our operating environment.
